Stage 1 (latent) - benign histology, intracapsular without metastases
Stage 2 (active) - benign histology, extracapsular, intracompartmental without metastases
Stage 3 (aggressive) - benign histology, extracapsular, extracompartmental, +/- mestastases
Malignant:
Stage I - low grade, no mets
A. intracompartmental
B. extracompartmental
Stage 2 - high grade, no mets
A. intracompartmental
B. extracompartmental
Stage 3 - low/high grade with mets
